Well, many of us (including myself) have had those same thoughts. The truth is that many teachers, particularly at the secondary level, live in solitude unable or unwilling to collaborate or see what others around them are doing. My vision is that this will change.
I would like to come to your school and show teachers ways to take what they are already doing well and take it to the next level. I don't want my thoughts and plans to be "something else they are making me do". These are real steps, ideas, and tools that will help your faculty, department, or small group grow.
